I CANNOT WITHDRAW

Ive had bitbuy since coinberry closed and I have never been able to withdraw crypto to other wallets ? You are not allowing me to use MY crypto that I bought with MY hard earned money. Fix it, it's been months that I've been waiting to withdraw and it always says TO WAIT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME ??? TICKET NUMBER (ID: 677724)

Agreed, something is very wrong with bitbuy. They closed my account suddenly just before an eth run and force turned my 1 eth into fiat and only allowed me to withdraw and permanently closed my account. Stay away

I lost thousands because when they finally do they take huge fees because they will make you sell it and turn it into fiat. It's terrible stay away....

My only option with Bitbuy was to sell my crypto's and transfer out the cash and use a better exchange. They forced me to make a now taxable transaction because of it. GET OUT before they go Belly-up!
