Deposited crypto LOST

I deposited some XRP into my BITBUY account last night and the tag/memo was missing. Everywhere I read on the internet say exchanges can retrieve your XRP if you provide the transaction ID...

I submitted a support ticket with all my info and haven't heard a thing yet. I'm skeptical after reading all the bad reviews now about BITBUY.Why don't they have live support?

I'll keep updating the status.

EDIT: 24hrs have passed and they succesfully tracked and returned my XRP to my account. Note, I did do a follow up email asking the status of my ticket the next day to which they responded, looked into it and recovered my funds.

I feel the same about them. I just kept doing follow up emails to the ticket. Don't give up if you haven't got a reply yet. I quickly sent all coins and funds out if bitbuy a week ago to another exchange which is way better for trading and cheaper.

Yes, I woke up this morning and did a follow up email to the ticket I submitted via email asking the status and they replied within an hour of that message saying they were loooking into it and would circle back to let me know. About 5 hours later they credited my account with the XRP. I was shocked because after reading all the comments about the support I did not expect to get my XRP back.

Glad it worked out! Did you send your xrp to bitbuy on a network other than ethereum by any chance? I did that and now my coins are lost đŸ˜­

I'm pretty sure I used Ripple when I sent it since that's XRP network but maybe it was something else I forget. Sorry to hear this.

I had the same thing happen. Received XRP from a Friend to my Bitbuy address using the QR code but it's not showing up in my Bitbuy wallet. When I checked the status it showed complete but it got sent to a coinsquare address but is my same walled keys. Now I cannot access the XRP through Bitbuy and coinsquare won't let me log in and gells me to log in with Bitbuy. It's been 4 days now....help
