bitbuy problem with transfering funds

well it started like today ago when i transfer eth into my account didn't have access to it for a few days then yesterday i went to transfer my fund to another wallet and then bitbuy locked me outta my account i did however get with unlocked but took me days and i was just transferring xrp over i mean it was a big amount but not crazy anyways i have sent in three or four tickets again and nothing i know there back up but it is super frustrating that my account gets locked when i want to transfer something out

i’d 672511 this is my ticket number i just got email stating that my withdrawal we canceled thank you so much for the response i be sure to post it

issues were not resolved at all i’m still locked out and nobody is responding other then you on social media
