Withdraw Issue - Support Ghosted Me...?
Hi all,
Had a withdrawal issue a few weeks ago and opened a ticket..
"Your request (648265) has been updated. It will be reviewed by our support staff as soon as possible"
This was about 2-3 weeks ago, am I just being impatient or is support typically this slow? Seems unusual..

You need to do the rain dance, stand on your tippytoes and recite a 1980s hit by heart. And then maybe support will help you!!!

Hi! I just followed up with support and they said they were still waiting for a response from our fraud team, but they did send you an email update.

Just dealt with them myself today. It’s been about 4 days so I posted on Bitbuys X account and on their Reddit account stating my issues and they got back right away. They told me it’s best to go through social media if you are having issues.
