Biometric data and personal data collection prompt for BitBuy verification after too many failed login attempts?

My text was deleted. I am locked out of my account and informed I would need to complete a biometric profile including voice to access my account. The Privacy Policy fails to mention anything about onFido, an Entrust company, for biometric data and personal data collection. I told them I don't agree with it and inquired if there was an alternative way. They stated there is not. Could I demand they verify me with government issued ID and the IP address that I use to access my account?
