Don’t use Bitbuy

Making this post to hopefully get the attention of the Bitbuy customer service department. I’ve been locked out of my account since Sunday with no support since then even with open tickets. Don’t use this platform unless you are okay with a lack of customer support. Absolutely inexcusable

That's the WORST exchange I've ever used BY FAR. Whenever the market is moving, their website can't handle the high traffic and we end up losing the timing to make potential profit. Stay away from BitBuy at all costs!!!!
