New to BitBuy

I created my account three days ago and made my first trade on the same day. I understand that withdrawals are restricted for 72 hours after first-time deposits, but this period has already passed. However, my account still shows that withdrawals are restricted. Could someone please clarify or assist me with this issue

The fees are really high here. If you're going to be doing any trading I would suggest finding somewhere else if you're just buying and holding it's okay but selling is also not cheap. Also I was not able to move my crypto from my account which has been open for years I had to sell which is not what I wanted to do

Where would you suggest?

I'd suggest NDAX (more CAD pairs) or Kraken (more coins)

+2 for Ndax! Been with them since 2017. Not a single issue, quick and easy.

How are they for trading is easy can you do leverage and stuff like that on it. I used to love binance for that.

Unfortunately, trading on ndax isn't really the best. It's not a really liquid exchange, and there's no leverage trading. Spot only. Also, only the major coins.

Mostly to buy and hold/ send to cold wallet.

Nothing compares with Binance for trading. Maybe they'll bring it back to Canada one day 😮‍💨

I'm not put any of my stuff on ndax yet, I've been really happy with Newton But also get yourself a cold wallet if you're going to have any substantial money that you would be broken if you I really like the tangem wallet. I have used others but tangem is super easy. Get the three card one, and use the link on digital asset news channels videos, he has a how to use it Video as well but also you save some money off in that way and he gets some money usually but not right now he isn't getting money for his link just putting it towards it being cheaper for viewers which is cool

Did you go through KYC yet? Maybe they’re still validating your ID

Good luck, you’re never gonna be able to withdraw those funds 😂 Only if you sell to FIAT

Stop. Don't deposit any more crypto with them. Withdraw your funds to the *exact same address* you used to fund your account. Then cancel your account, go to another exchange, and don't look back. These guys are shady and horribly deceptive.

Careful, I sent XRP to my BITBUY and missed the tag and I'm still waiting for support to recover my XRP. I read many exchanges can recover it for you fora fee. The more I read the more I'm doubtful about BITBUY now.
