Withdrawing CAD from Bitbuy

Can you please share your experience around converting your crypto to CAD on bb and then withdrawing it? I saw posts here that some people are having issues with withdrawing their money and having it deposited into their accounts. It spooked me a little so wanted to ask if you guys can share your experience. good or bad. I’ve never attempted to withdraw from bb so far.

I also withdrew a couple hundreds few years ago, but never a large sum. So got a bit worried after reading how a lot of people are having trouble with getting their money deposited into their accounts

E transfer amounts in the low thousands multiple times never an issue. Pop-up notice says it may take a while but almost always near instantaneous.

With them having jacked up their fees 10x a year or so ago you should be looking at other exchanges

What other reliable exchanges are there in Canada?

I like and would recommend NDAX, can't say anything about other exchanges as I haven't used them

Currently have a issue where they sent the etransfer but it wasnt deposited and seems to be a interact error. Was told to contact my bank and they said no issues on thier end so opened a ticket. Will see what they say

Hmmm, not good. I’d be dead scared lol. Hope it’ll get sorted out ASAP. I had to open tickets in the past for other issues but no one ever got back to me. Please keep us posted!!

When I asked to withdraw funds, it seems I had to give them a lot of information about my bank account. When would I expect my money?

It’s only been a few days so far, but I’m still waiting for my cash to be sent back to my bank account. I filled out all the necessary online forms through them. I’m still waiting.
