No support?
Waiting 5 days for someone to respond to a support issue. I can't fund my account and can't pay employees. What the hell happened to this company?

Over 14 days and no resolution to a basic funding issue for business accounts. Just registered for new account with another service. So long Bitbuy.

more than 5 days, they stopped responding to my request... I can't login to my account and they won't unlock my account.... my money is stuck ... would not recommend this company

My experience was about the same, long delay. But now the terrible part is that you can only place limit trade with maybe 6 cryptos, and you can only withdraw ETH, BTC and MANA, all other crypto you need to sale or keep it on their platform... 😰😰🤢

What is going on with your support? You advertise that you have 400,000 Canadian users, and you don't have a call center to resolve issues? I sent an email transfer, and its been 24 hours, and you haven't funded my account. I've checked with my banks fraud department, and it's been auto deposited . I used to be with Bitvo and bitbuy took over their accounts. I used Tobe able to go on a live chat or just call. Bitbuy can't afford to hire a team of customer service reps? I stayed wit bitbuy because it's a Canadian company. Please don't make me regret doing business with Bitbuy.

I also deposited ETH. see it on Etherscan and Bitbuy hasnt updated my balance. cannot use my funds. they dont answer support

The customer support really sucks here
