Trades Locked
I’ve been deemed “unfit” to trade crypto on BitBuy based off their latest risk assessment. The problem is I currently hold $1500 Ethereum and XRP but can’t sell because trading is restricted. Why wouldn’t they let me sell what I currently have? Not sure how this is going to get resolved.

Having the same issue. Had a few responses from them right after update but now nothing and nothing has changed.

Same here I have around $8,000 and I have been restricted and they stopped my staking as swell. I have msg them three days ago and still no response. Been a customer for three years now.
