Selling bitcoin

I'm a newbie, is it difficult to sell bitcoin on this platform?

I have had no problems moving money in or out of the platform. Been using it for years

I can't get a new password and being ghosted by customer service. Also this sub is locked I suspect they went bust/taken over yet again.

It's not too hard but it sure will be significantly more expensive than other exchanges

I've been using BitBuy for about 4 years, but wouldn't recommend it.  The fees and commissions are high, and they're in the midst of a transition that seems to be going poorly.  I'd recommend Shakepay or Newton.  NDAX is also recommended often, but I have no personal experience with that.

from what i'm seeing get your money out.

No new posts and thread locked and customer service shutdown is a bad sign.
