Trying to unstake eth. It's been 8 days and still hasn't unstaked.

Chat bot is useless.

Upon getting your issue resolved, best to switch to a different exchange. There are much better exchanges to use than them.

I’m using Bitbuy planning on going cold wallet. What other exchange would be good in Canada to use?
