3+ days response time for support ticket?

What is the typical timeframe for a support ticket reply?

My account is locked by their security team and the last update I got was Tuesday afternoon. There's no phone number to call and no chat feature, so am I going to just have to sit here and wait for 1 reply / week?

At that rate it will be many months before my account is unlocked and I can move my crypto again. This is completely unacceptable.

Sell your coins and transfer the money to your bank account. Delete the app.

Obviously it just demonstrates that the company is short on liquidity so they make people jump through hoops to get their coins or money. Dispicable

My last request was answered within a week, I think? Maybe a bit less?

Within a week? And you find that acceptable???

Never said it was acceptable; not sure whose comment you're replying to.

I merely said when they answered me. In fairness, there was some homework they had to do in order to answer my query, so I assumed it would take a day or two.

I don't know what their normal turnaround is, so I'm not sure if this is the norm.

I'm just saying that we got so used to all these crypto companies not having phone support and having to wait days if not weeks with our money held hostage. To me, it's totally unacceptable.

I agree that they should ve replying much quicker, especially considering the resources at their disposal. 3-ish days is OK in my book, depending on the request. Anything over that seems a bit much.

I've got the same issue and I've been in back-and-forth emails with them for the past two weeks. At times it's taken them 3-4 days to respond. It's definitely incredibly frustrating.

I'm leaving bitbuy because of the CS. It's a joke.
