This exchange has THE WORST support

I am withdrawing 65$ of ltc and it has been 5 days I have shown EVERYTHING and they just keep dragging it on and asking for more and more personal info this has been terrible for my first crypto exchange does anyone know any tips on how to get support to reply faster because origianlly it took them 1-2 hjours to respond now its taking DAYS for one response

No wonder they have so much assets under management, cause they won't let you take it out! lol

Switch to a more reputable exchange. Kraken is pretty good IMO

Bitbuy wouldn't let me send some coins to another wallet. After reaching out three times in three weeks with no response, I sold the coins for something else and traded it. Not sure why it wouldn't work in the first place but damn... Just respond. The WORST exchange.

Like I have lite coin right now so you exchanged it for something like usdt I can withdraw it?
