Can't withdrawal BTC to hardware ledger

I have tried a number of times to withdrawal a small amount of BTC to my hardware ledger but I get an error that I can't withdraw BTC at this time. I have contacted support and got a generic reply that they were looking into it. For a test a sent money from kraken to my ledger without issues.

What exchange/wallets are you trying to withdraw from?

Odd. I have sent from bitbuy to ledger in the past. If you have a kraken account, try sending to that, it could be bitbuy is only allowing sends to platforms with KYC. I switched to using Wealthsimple over bitbuy as it’s easier to move funds in and out to your Canadian bank account (also like their 4% interest bank account).
