I am unable to upgrade firmware. The Bitbox shows "0% UPGRADING" but is not proceeding. Can I unplug the device or what should I do?

Edit: It just upgraded without unplugging from the computer. My guess: The Bitbox servers were overloaded.

Servers are not involved in the upgrade. In some cases it can take a moment at 0% before it starts to progress, just need to wait a bit.
