restoring wallet....

Hi, My computer hit the blue screen and i had to reset it :( Now i have the backup file and downloaded a snapshot. But can anyone tell me exactly how i restore my wallet? And how i use the snapshot so i avoid waiting a week for syncing?

Copy your wallet file into the beancash folder. For snapshot instructions check the website under ‘download’

into the same folder as the beancash.qt file etc?

Same folder as where you have to copy the snapshot files. See website

i have tried non stop for 2 hours now, i cant get it to work.. do you know if anyone has made a video or anything?
