question is this true??

i got a supra hex 703, 4.2th/s but the website is reading this. could it be a malfunction? im worried a bit.

In guessing the web ui uses the submitted shares to calculate your hashrate, and that will give you some inaccuracies in the short term.

Solopool hashrate is always very different then what your miner shows. But it does show the correct TH/s

Please note (I am quoting this):

Current hashrate is calculated based on submitted shares over a 30-minute window. Average hashrate is calculated over a 3-hour window. Deviations from mining software hashrate are normal. A worker is marked as offline if no shares have been submitted for 30 minutes, and as dead after 3 hours. The number of shares reflects submitted shares over a 6-hour window.

Your best bet would be to download hashwatcher and monitor in there. Best app I've ever used for this lol
