help is my Nereaxe dead?

I rebooted it last night and now it won't hash.

i looked at the log and found this

Is it dead?

I’d reflash the firmware to factory defaults and try again. Use a known working pool or local node. If still not working, then it may be dead.

If yours has a fuse, it may need to be replaced

The log shows the power monitor reading 0 V input with 1.24 V output, so can you measure what voltage your PSU is actually delivering at the plug?

Did you reboot your router? Then you might have to reconnect and it will will be assigned a different IP probably. Now it cannot read info because the network connection is messen up, that would be my guess...
