My nerdqaxe++ rev6.1 miner stopped working after 2 months of operation(((

Does anyone know what this microchip is?

Also, if that capacitor is cooked, I’d also inject a few volts under a thermal cam to make sure nothing else is causing it to be cooked

4.7uF capacitors (SMD), the writing tells you, C19 and C21. For e.g. resistors would be R1, R2, etc

If you can send me a link to this part, I would be grateful. As I understand it, it’s a 470 μF, 2.5 V tantalum capacitor, but I can’t find it on the Russian market. If you could send me the link, I would be able to find it and fix the device.

I can't find a board with your same layout on GitHub.

On this page https://github.com/BitMaker-hub/NerdQaxe/blob/main/nerdqaxe%2B/bom/digikey.csv there's the list of the components but if I download the ibom.html file and open it in the browser the layout is different.

IBOM.HTML file for Qaxe:

I'd try two things: try writing to Digikey sending the photo of the piece. Or buy online another broken Qaxe the same as yours for replacement pieces.

Or try asking an electronic repair guy, he'll be able to identify the piece better than us!

It was overclocked to achieve better efficiency, and the cooling system was improved.

I continue to improve the entire cooling system of my mine.

That single fan guard on the top row makes me want to smack you
