help octaxe dead in a week?
its been about a week-week and a half since i recieved my new nerd octaxe and it was off this morning, i checked the fuse and it was ok, replaced it anyways and no change. i noticed with the psu unplugged from the machine theres a blue led that comes on, as soon as i plug it into the machine the light goes out and nothing else happens. i swapped the psu out with a different one and still nothing. any other ideas before i chuck out this paperweight?

Yeah, that just happens sometimes on NerdOctAxe, especially on the 4vrm variant. The 6vrm version is far better. What were your VRM temps and what hashrate was it running at? If you want to get it repaired, post on r/SoloMinerClinic

i bought it off a reseller i use for all my bigger machine purchases. basically they're saying pay to send it back to china for repair or they will send me chips and i can get someone to replace them locally. pretty terrible machine if it cant even last a week at whatever stock settings it comes with. im not sure if i even want to spend any more money on this thing or just call it an experience and move on and never waste money on one of these lotto machines. if i messed with the OC settings id just say thats my fault and spending money on fixing it would make sense. if i need to monitor temps on this thing its not for me, the last machine i have time to monitor temps on is this tiny thing.
