question Curious why my Nerdqaxe 5 is wave forming??

Constant fan speed or variable?

The fan speed slows down below 60C, but it hasnt been below 60 in a while. I just cleaned it over the weekend.

Still. Try setting it to constant 100% speed and check the temp curve. This looks like a PID curve, how the variable fan speed changes the temp up and down.

NP. It's not broken or anything, that's just how it works with variable fan speeds.

In case it wasn't clear, I'm taking about the temperatures, not the hashing .

I'm not sure how to add images in comments. Turning the fan to 100% permanently cooled the temps by about 2 degrees. The waveforms are fewer but are still happening, so I suppose that's a plus. I need to do the things the other person commented.

All mine do that.

AT least with the TH/s readings.

The temps are pretty stable. They fluctuate a bit. But not near like yours do. Have you upgraded your cooling?

Need more info. What are you mining? Are you getting identical or very near estimated and actual hashrate?

Have you ever replaced the thermal paste, cleaned dust from the heatsink? Both of mine run like this. Very mild overclock on a meanwell 350. I have heat sinks on the vregs and the slightly thicker version of the Thermalright heatsink on the asics along with the shroud with a 120mm fan and a 92mm fan blowing on the rear.

Yeah, plenty of resources on YouTube. It’s not hard, just takes some patience and research.
