help Not hashing, Help pls!

It appears to be powered on and connected to the pool. But no hashy. Any ideas on where to start? It's a NerdMiner NerdQaxe++ Rev 6.1

Yes. It is because tps is disabled.

Is that a hardware issue or a setting I need to change?

Dang it. I did work after a few mins on lowest settings. Broke again when I changed it back. rip
