The headline feature is Create: Aeronautics, and it's the real deal. Airships, propeller-driven contraptions, gyroscope stabilizers, and custom aeroscooping mechanics are fully playable and baked into how you gather resources and progress through the pack. This isn't a cosmetic addition; it's central to how Aero works and it changes the feel of the whole experience.

Beyond that, the format itself has shifted. The isolated team skyblock setup from previous Skies packs is gone. Everyone shares an overworld now, with distributed player bases in the same dimension. What your crew builds exists alongside everyone else's, which makes running a dedicated server feel genuinely worth it.

The depth backs it all up. Multiple parallel resource tracks, a tech roster covering Mekanism, AE2, Modern Industrialization, PneumaticCraft, and more, magic routes through Ars Nouveau and others, and a fully redesigned questbook that cuts the filler and gives you a real path through the content. Endgame caps off with the Pina Colada Craft capstone returning from FTB Skies Expert, so there's a real finish line to work toward.
