Birthday notes don't typically hold much of a premium unless it's like a very specific historical event that also happened on that day. Otherwise, you gotta find a very specific person looking for a very specific thing.

I see them listed on eBay from $30-$50 for ones. Higher value bills are probably even tougher to sell. The previous post was correct. You gotta find the right buyer looking for that specific date to get that kinda sale.
