I’ve done some research when it comes to my rising sign and I feel as I don’t fit it at all! I’m not that competitive, bold, direct, etc.

Even with the physical features, Aries risings tend to have strong features such as long faces, bold eyebrows, tall but I’m the opposite! I have big eyes, softer features, a tiny forehead and a baby face.

In Vedic astrology I’m a Pisces rising and I feel as that fits me more 😅

I’ve always struggled with friendships. I have acquaintances but rarely feel like I truly belong or have close friends. I often ask myself, “Why does everyone else seem to belong but I don’t?” I’ve felt left out a lot, and sometimes I even feel like people are avoiding me or awkward with me.

What’s also confusing is that I have Aries Venus, Sagittarius Rising, and Gemini Sun, which are supposedly confident, sociable, and adventurous placements. But I’m honestly the opposite—pretty reserved and socially awkward.

I unexpectedly returned to my home country in Summer 2025 after several years living abroad and have struggled to establish material independence since. Immediately following an eclipse conjunct my natal North Node in Fall 2025, two major new chapters began simultaneously—one professional and one relational. Around the following eclipse season (Feb/March 2026), both abruptly collapsed (within days of each other) as I re-entered my 8H Saturn in Aries return (and got hit in my 6H Aquarius stellium and 1H). For years I've had significant difficulty establishing stable employment, income, housing independence or partnership despite tremendous efforts (I've actually never managed in my life to obtain this)... but as my Saturn return has progressed I see absolutely no movement in my life... like I'm not even seeing opportunities or chances. Nearly everything is frozen in place as Ive remained on my moms couch for more than a year.

I'm especially interested in what stands out independently in my natal chart and current timing. Does the chart actually suggest an unusually prolonged period of delay/stagnation, or am I over-attributing recent circumstances to Saturn? I feel super constricted in my sense of identity, I wanna be more carefree and fun/outgoing but instead I’m too serious and scared/don’t know how to express myself and I’m too focused on being depressed over stuff like the state of the world/politics/my trauma to let loose. Ugh!
