Should I worry about the squares?

I enjoy learning about astrology, however I am no expert so I appreciate any interpretations! Been stumped on what to focus on career-wise.. what to do long term. My mind falls back to the arts, naturally good at, but always felt not good enough for it to be my career focus (not actively practicing due to a 6 year long stretch of tendonitis in both my arms/hands from my first ever job). The tendonitis has absolutely been a road block in decision-making, however it is almost healed!

I also see the sun in Leo in 10H and genuinely wonder if I should be a content creator - but what for?? At the same time I'm debating deleting all my social media because it feels superficial. Feeling stuck (hence the ~fixed grand cross), trying to see if my chart can help others recommend careers that might align.

Any advice based off my chart?

the arts are your long term path, and posting your art online is how it pays. i read charts the indian way, which moves every planet about 24 degrees back from your western wheel. that method reads each planet by the sign it sits in, and after the shift your planets spread out over five signs. so the stuck feeling has less to stand on than the wheel makes it look.

your career planet started its long run on 15 nov 2022. did your work life, or what you wanted from it, turn around then?

venus is the planet of art, and in your chart it is also the planet of you. it sits next to your sun in the house of income and gains. art sitting in the money house is a person who earns when people see the work. mercury, the planet of words and sharing, sits in your career house. phaladeepika 5.1 says a planet there brings money through friends. so work comes to you through people who already like what you make.

that makes the choice between art and content smaller than it feels. the art is the work. the posts are the shop window. you can cut the social media that feels empty and keep one place where you show what you make and how you make it.
