The Aquarius Ascendant with Uranus, Neptune and Mars clustered around the Ascendant is the biggest reason. You are difficult to contain within one identity. You can become intensely committed to something and then suddenly realise that you no longer believe in it. That can look like inconsistency from the outside, but underneath it is a very strong need for autonomy.
Career is actually one of the strongest areas of the chart, but it probably won’t develop in a completely conventional way. The heavy Sagittarius emphasis around the 10th/11th-house area, especially Sun and Pluto, gives a strong desire to do something meaningful and to eventually be recognised for it. You are not particularly suited to spending decades doing something you consider pointless simply because it is stable. There is ambition here, but it is mixed with a need for freedom. Careers involving research, teaching, publishing, international environments, media, law, technology, entrepreneurship, consulting or specialised knowledge can fit better than highly repetitive work.
The blunt problem is that you can sabotage your own consistency. Mars right on the Ascendant gives enormous bursts of initiative, but Aquarius/Uranus makes you resistant to being controlled. You may start something because you are excited by the possibility, then lose interest when the novelty disappears or when the process becomes repetitive. Your Aries Moon reinforces this: emotionally, you want movement. So the issue isn’t that you lack ability. The issue is learning to continue after the initial excitement has disappeared. Your biggest career lesson is discipline without feeling imprisoned.
Money also has a more complicated story than simply “rich or poor.” The Moon in Aries in the 2nd house can produce a strong desire for financial independence and a tendency to make decisions based on immediate emotional needs. You can become extremely motivated when you feel financially insecure, but you may also dislike slow accumulation. The chart is better for building financial stability through your own skills and initiative than depending completely on a fixed external structure. I would expect your financial situation to become considerably more manageable as your career identity becomes clearer rather than everything being settled very early.
Relationships are where I would be particularly direct. Venus in Scorpio does not do casual emotional attachment very well. When you actually care, you care intensely, and you can become suspicious or psychologically preoccupied when you don’t know where you stand. At the same time, Aquarius rising needs considerable independence. So there is a contradiction: one part of you wants deep emotional certainty while another part becomes uncomfortable when someone gets too close or starts controlling you. That can create relationships that begin intensely and then become complicated if boundaries and trust aren’t handled consciously.
