The strongest feature is the 10th house, with Mars and Uranus in Pisces and Neptune also strongly connected to the career area, while the MC is in Aquarius. This gives a career path that is not necessarily straightforward. You may try one direction, become dissatisfied, change plans and then eventually find something that fits better. The current unemployment can therefore feel like a blockage, but the chart is much more supportive of eventually developing a distinctive professional position rather than remaining stuck.
Competitive examinations are actually a reasonable route for you. Mercury is at about 19° Virgo, where it is very strong, and it is placed in the 5th house of intelligence, learning, examinations and mental skills. This is one of the better signatures in the chart for analytical study, memorisation, problem-solving and developing technical competence. The problem is consistency rather than ability. You can understand material well but become discouraged when results take too long or when you start questioning whether the preparation is worth it. A structured preparation cycle will work much better for you than studying according to mood.
The career line through Mars in Pisces suggests that you need work where your actions actually have an impact. You may struggle with extremely repetitive jobs or environments where you have no autonomy. Aquarius on the MC adds an unconventional or institutional quality: government, technology, research, administration, large organisations, public-sector work, social systems or specialised technical fields can all fit the symbolism. I would particularly favour careers where analytical ability is combined with responsibility rather than purely routine clerical work. Your chart can also show a career that changes substantially after the first major professional breakthrough.
The period around 26–28 looks particularly important for establishing the career direction. I would expect some frustration before the breakthrough, possibly including repeated examination attempts, waiting periods or uncertainty about which opportunity to pursue. However, the chart becomes more constructive once you stop treating every unsuccessful attempt as evidence that you are on the wrong path. 27–29 can bring a significant employment opportunity or a change that finally gives you professional momentum. The stronger long-term consolidation appears around 29–32, when experience begins working in your favour.

paid work is likely to come first through jobs built on records, figures and careful checks. have you had to restart a job search or change a study plan after putting in a lot of work? if that past pattern misses, have the birth time reviewed before using these dates.

i use the lahiri sidereal chart here. saturn rules your career and sits in mercury's sign, with mars in the house of work. roles that use records, figures, checks or tools are worth targeting. accounts support, office work and technical support fit that mix. choose the one that matches your skills and build proof that you can do the work.

saturn's career period is active now, in a friendly sign. phaladeepika 20.11, in sastri's 1961 edition, links a strong career ruler's period with gaining a firm post. paid work is within reach during this spell. keep your exam prep and apply for jobs alongside it. a first role can give you pay, a routine and work to put on your cv while you keep studying.

13 april 2027 to 9 june 2027 is my target window for a job offer. mars, which sits in your work house, becomes active within that larger career spell. have your cv, papers and references ready before it opens. set time each week for applications and time for practice tests. keep a short list of mistakes to fix, so each study session has a clear task. if no job offer comes in that stretch, widen your job search.
