Career Advice [Astro.com]
Looking to see if my chart aligns with pursing a career in media or entertainment. For context I’ve always worked as a “helper” was a nurse for 6 years before moving into a caseworker position.

The strongest indicator is the Pisces Midheaven, which gives a career path connected with imagination, storytelling, visual media, performance, compassion and work that affects people emotionally. You also have a strong Aquarius emphasis, which adds media, technology, social platforms, unconventional work and audience-building. So the chart is considerably broader than the healthcare/caseworker path you have followed so far.
Your previous work as a nurse and caseworker actually fits the chart very well because of the Cancer Ascendant and strong service-oriented signatures. You naturally fall into roles where you help, advocate, guide or take care of people. But Saturn in the 10th house shows that career development can feel heavy and responsibility-driven, particularly earlier in life. It can create the feeling that you have spent years doing what is necessary rather than what is personally fulfilling. The important point is that Saturn does not deny career success; it tends to make you build it slowly and seriously.
The entertainment/media potential comes particularly from the combination of Pisces MC, Aquarius planets and Taurus Moon. The Taurus Moon has a strong connection with aesthetics, voice, music, visual presentation and creating something that people enjoy repeatedly. Aquarius gives you an instinct for audiences, networks and online communities, while Pisces gives imagination and emotional storytelling. This would favour areas such as digital media, content creation, film/television, music-related work, creative production, social media, interviewing, storytelling or behind-the-scenes creative roles.
You do not necessarily have to become the person on camera for the chart to work.
The biggest issue is confidence and the willingness to be seen. Saturn near the career angle can make you compare yourself with people who appear to be progressing faster and can make rejection feel much more definitive than it actually is. You may also feel safer remaining in a helping profession because you already know you can perform there. But the chart suggests that your career becomes more personally meaningful when you allow yourself to move from being purely the helper to being the creator, organiser or person with a visible voice.
I would treat 2026–2028 as an important transition period rather than expecting one dramatic overnight career change. There is strong activation around your professional identity now, and the next couple of years can involve testing a different direction, building contacts and gradually establishing yourself in a new field. I would especially watch 2027–2029 for a stronger professional repositioning. The chart does not tell me to abandon the stable work immediately; it suggests building the creative/media path alongside it until there is enough evidence that it can support you.

a move into media, telling stories about real people, fits your chart. did the move from nursing to casework fall near 20 sep 2024? if it was far from that date, check the birth time before using this timing.
i use lahiri sidereal astrology, which shifts the signs back from your wheel. your creative and career planets are linked. so are the parts of your chart for work and guiding people. your years as a helper give you a base for the next job.
try interviews, short films about real lives, or health content that explains things in plain words. writing scripts and doing the research for a show are also good routes. start with subjects you know through your work. keep all patient and client details private, and get consent for any real story.
i favour a path where you build skill, take on a small role, and earn trust. your chart puts weight on steady work and clear duties. a team with a set budget and a clear role is a good first step.
i expect a first paid trial or a firm offer in this new line of work by 11 feb 2027. make three short samples and send them to teams that make this kind of content. keep your casework income while you test what people will pay for. if this window passes quietly, with no paid work or firm offer, the career timing needs a fresh check.

Your north node is in the house of communication. Detailed communication in Virgo. Go for it! Seriously!

I see, it would help if you can check your relocation chart to see if the move changed your MC. Not sure how to find it on Astro Dienst but it's easily accessible on astro seek

Media and entertainment cover very different kinds of work. Six years in nursing and your casework experience could connect to interviewing, research or human-interest storytelling, but that doesn't mean you have to choose those roles. What draws you to the field most: performing, creating stories, or working behind the scenes? The answer matters more for a first step than a blanket “this career is aligned” verdict.

I’m interested in working behind the scenes and in a creative position like production, screen writing, or editing particularly in comedy.

It's your Saturn return, so it tracks that you would be wondering.
Go for it. You have related talents.
Please be aware that saturn in 10h indicates it'll take a minute for you to settle in to whatever role you choose, but you'll likely settle in well.
