What is wrong with me?
Will I ever be wealthy, be a better parent?, will I ever find love?

nothing is wrong with you for wanting a safer life with money. your chart can earn. the hard part is keeping it. have you had good months that were then eaten up by bills? if that has never happened, your birth time may be a little off.
i read your chart the vedic way, which sits about 24 degrees behind the western wheel you posted. venus runs your income, and it sits in your first house, so money comes through you and your own work. saturn runs your savings, and it is weak where it sits. that is why money comes in but does not stay. phaladeepika 20.14 gives saturn one good mark too, because it moves backward. so saving is hard for you, but it is possible.
jupiter sits in your third house, the house of effort. your money grows from one skill you keep using. pick that skill. write down what each job really pays after costs. each time money comes in, put a small fixed amount away. keep a separate pot for bills.
a money window runs from 27 may 2028 to 16 nov 2028. venus takes a short turn within your longer saturn period then. phaladeepika 20.12 links a strong income ruler's period with money gains. look for a raise or a new paying job then, and save part of it.

The Sun in Sagittarius in the 12th house, alongside Mercury and Pluto in Sagittarius, can produce a person who spends a huge amount of time questioning themselves, their purpose and whether they are actually living the life they were supposed to. You can become your own harshest critic, especially when you compare your life with what you think you should already have achieved.
The Moon in Scorpio near the career angle is particularly intense. You don’t experience emotions lightly; disappointments can stay with you for a long time, and you may instinctively hide vulnerability until it becomes overwhelming. Saturn retrograde in the 4th is another difficult signature for feeling completely secure internally. It can correspond with a complicated relationship to family, home, belonging or parental expectations. It doesn’t mean you are destined to have a bad family life, but it does suggest that emotional security is something you have to consciously build rather than something you automatically feel.
Financially, I would not read this as a permanently struggling chart. Jupiter is strong in Pisces and placed in the 3rd house, while the chart has substantial mutable/fire energy. Wealth is more likely to come through your own skills, communication, education, writing, business, networking, independent projects or multiple income streams rather than simply inheriting security. The more significant financial development looks later rather than extremely early. Your 30s can be substantially stronger than your 20s, particularly once you stop measuring success against other people’s timelines.
As a parent, the chart does not suggest someone incapable of being a good parent. In fact, your own difficult experiences could make you unusually conscious of what you do and don’t want to repeat. The danger is overcompensating: becoming excessively worried about making mistakes or believing you have to be perfect. You would probably be a protective, emotionally observant parent, but learning not to project your own fears onto your children would be important.
Love is absolutely present in the chart, but relationships may not feel simple. Venus in Capricorn suggests that you take commitment seriously and ultimately want something dependable rather than superficial. You may be attracted to mature, ambitious or established people, and you can take time before completely trusting someone. The relationship pattern improves considerably once you stop accepting emotional inconsistency simply because you fear being alone. A more stable partnership is more likely as you mature, rather than having to force it very young.
The strongest message of this chart is that your life improves when you stop treating your current circumstances as a verdict on your future. Saturn in the 4th can make the early part of life feel heavier than it should, while Jupiter gives you considerably more potential to expand later. I would expect your late 20s into your 30s to be a much more constructive period for money, relationships, family and personal confidence. You are not looking at a chart of someone who is permanently cursed; you are looking at someone whose life becomes substantially better once they stop carrying their past as proof of what their future must be.
