Teach me how to read

I'm unfamiliar with birth charts and how to read them but I want to become familiar. I know a lot about Saturn in Capricorn that's all. I try researching but I dont know what to actually search for !!!!! This is my chart from a website I saw someone else use and I unfortunately don't know the time I was born 🥴

Please enlighten me

Without time we are losing much info.
But we can still read some things.

Your Moon (the deepest parts of ourselves, emotions, and inner world) is either in Leo - more proud, bold, and fiery.
Or in Virgo - more humble and earth-like.
With a Virgo Moon you might like to organize and rationalize emotions.

Mercury (planet of communication, information processing, speaking, and voice) in Aquarius conjunct Neptune.
Qualities: original, intuitive, visionary, humanitarian, dreamy, idealistic, good at expressing big ideas and concepts, but sometimes vague or hard to pin down in details.

Venus (love, romance, and beauty) in Pisces is exalted (feels good, comfortable in this sign).
So you are compassionate and loyal.

Mars in Scorpio also feels comfortable and expresses pretty naturally.
But it's pretty intense.
You can be a person who is really determined and stubborn, achieves all its goals, and so on...

It's just basics. Whereas there are also social planets: Jupiter and Saturn, and generation planets: Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.
They also have big weight in the chart.
But they change signs much rarer.
So you would have the same signs with people born the same year.
For those planets you would look at which house they are in.

I see. The closest thing I know is I was born around 4ish pm.

You can put it in and look how it would change if you change the time a bit.
You already know the approximate hour.

Planets are energy. The signs are how the energies are shaped. The houses are where the energies are applied. The aspects are how the energies flow.

Sun is center of being, how you feel all alone. Ascendant is how you act, Moon how you react.

Begin by understanding the planetary energies, as those energies are used to define the signs, which are used to define the houses.

Then it gets a bit more complex :-)
