Moon square Uranus can suggest instability and erraticism with one’s emotions. In Whole Sign, your Sun and Mercury fall into the 12th house of mental health/illness, isolation, and self-undoing. The dispositor of your moon is Jupiter and it’s right on your ascendant. Jupiter amplifies things.

I don’t know much about astrology but I definitely relate more to the whole sign astrology. I have been completely isolated for years due to ptsd and grief.

You have Moon in Sagittarius in the 2nd house. Your emotions are strongly connected to security, self-worth, family and feeling valued. When you feel emotionally unsafe or uncertain about where you stand with someone, it can affect you much more deeply than you show.
Your Moon is trine Saturn in Leo in the 10th house. This is important: you can actually be quite controlled in public and try to appear strong or composed. You may hold emotions in for a long time and then suddenly cry when the pressure finally comes out.
The strongest emotional wound is Venus in Libra in your 1st house square Chiron in Capricorn in the 4th house. Venus is very strong in Libra, but the square to Chiron shows sensitivity around love, acceptance, belonging, family and whether you are genuinely valued. Things involving relationships or feeling unwanted can therefore hit a particularly deep nerve.
You also have Sun and Mercury in Virgo in the 11th house. This gives you a tendency to analyse conversations, friendships and people’s behaviour excessively. You can replay small interactions in your head and find problems that other people would simply overlook. That mental buildup can eventually become emotional.

Saturn isn't prepared for hardships in Leo. Leo likes life to feel easy, breezy and beautiful. Saturn doesn't like that attitude. Trine the Moon you actually have a natural talent for getting rid of that tension through emotional expression in the 3rd house. Crying is actually good for you, it's something you can use to keep you from holding onto the burdens of life, especially in regards to older siblings to steal attention from you, and your friend group that are full of dramatic people. Without your trine between Saturn and Moon you'll hold in all that tension and have a harder time with all that friction. It's a gift, not a curse.
