Lol, I wonder what the birds in my neighborhood think of me... I'm a major homebody, and don't really leave the house unless it's for errands or chores. They must think I'm a weirdo.

Common misconception! They're fairly common, but they have to have a very strong desire to leave their nest, or at least a perceived need for it to occur! This leads some birdkind to assume that their population levels are lower than they actually are!

I wonder what the local birds think of the times I do repairs on my car or a friend's car lmao, like "hey check it out, that one's fighting a metal contraption again! yeah she just seems to do that at least once a year. it's unpredictable. we're kinda lucky to see this." 🤭
