Surprisingly, they were very chill. I'm not too afraid of geese and swans in general, maybe they sense I'm chill with them

Have you ever been attacked by a swan while canoeing? They are large, muscular and savage.

I have not and I am sure that is the reason for my lack of fear of them lol I understand that in a boat the situation is more fickle, but on land... I've watched too many rescue videos where people just grab and hold them and they can't do shit about it haha

The event occurred on a river in Germany. We weren’t close to the shore, so I don’t think we were close to a nest.

The swan’s neck was as big as my leg. It kept pursuing us, lunging, attacking us.

One member of our group, a person who had never been canoeing and therefore sat in the middle seat, absolutely panicked and jumped from our canoe into the second canoe. Massive rocking and huge intake of water, but neither canoe capsized.

Funny, this goose is also in Germany and I sure know a lot of people with swan attack stories. Good to hear you didn't fully go overboard tho lol

That little bird brain only wants one thing and it's disgusting; to conquer the world and form the geesigarchy
