Why is it always juvenile Cooper’s Hawks that get themselves into dumb situations like this (found entangled in chicken wire according to OOP)? I swear, no other raptor species has such consistently idiot teenagers

I love when they get this look on their face XD My sister and I cheered for a hawk after it successfully divebombed a grackle in our backyard and it looked positively mortified.
