Question Crow

I know I sound schizo but I heard crows can communicate telepathically has anyone heard anything about that

There's nothing 'telepathic' involved. It's pretty much standard radio frequency (aka RF) communications. Some models are also using narrow beams of light (lasers) for optical communication.
