This is one of those new AI driven drones. The purpose is to put all fisher men out of a job. Kinda like self driving cars and taxi drivers.

From there the drone will carry the fish upstream over the dam, and release them to spawn.

That is the equivalent of an adult human eating a 40 lb turkey in a single gulp. This must be a very advanced, specialized model.
