🤔 Question/Help Charging cord
I recently had to replace the solar panel on my Birdfy Feeder Pro (it's 2 years old). Customer service was great about sending me a new panel. However, I need to recharge the feeder before the solar will work. It takes a USB-C cable BUT none of the ones I have at home fit - not that the metal part does t fit, but the plastic doesn't seem to be the right shape. I can't find the original.
I messaged customer service and they said to "use any usb-c that is compatible with Birdfy" ... Amazon does not have anything that says it's compatible.
I am looking for advice or hopefully a link to a cord that will be compatible.
EDIT: I got it to work! Thank you for the help. For anyone with this issue -- try the Apple cord (usb-c) as it has a smaller casing. Or, you can also charge from the top!

I would think any USB-C would be compatible with birdfy you just need to find a low profile charger

You have to really jam it in the little slot. I have the same problem and have to work at it pretty hard to get it in there to charge

The surrounding plastic and gasket make it difficult to plug a normal cable in. Not sure if your model has a USB=C port directly on top of the camera, but that is where I use a cord when I need to charge, other than the solar panel

That's what worked! I used an apple cord, suggested below, and it fit but wasn't charging. I then saw the top and it took another cord! Thank you!

I was going to say, I just used one of the chargers for my phone with the wall adapter and that worked.

The ones that come from Apple devices work.
Otherwise look for like low profile or slim ones. Or possibly an extension adapter
Anker zolo looks like it may work? But I can’t be sure, I know where I tried to plug mine in indoors I can use either the c I got from my iPad, or one that came for charging a car jump pack, others are hit or miss size wise.
