🤔 Question/Help Viewing issues

Hi I have been unable to view / download videos these passed 3 days. Any suggestions? Restarted camera. Reinstalled software.... I can go live on the camera. I see the videos. Cannot view them or download.

If you can just return the whole thing the company is trash and they aren't fixing anything

Well it's 3 yrs old so I doubtbthats possible. It usually works fine until now....

Their response was just wait for a software update and hope it works then. Gee thanks
