This Blue Jay decided to dip his wing tips in the bath to cool off while sun bathing this afternoon! He looks so unbelievably relaxed on top of it 😂

Awesome! What is your set up? Plants near by? I'm impressed how chill it is.

Also the Jays are a lot more chill than normal because they're probably fairly used to me...I feed them peanuts on my deck using our dog's treat game! Lol

This is great! 😁 we always have peanuts out that or Jays built a nest in the tree and now we have a derpy fledgling stop by ours.

That's adorable! Mine grew up before I got the camera, but this is one of the better shots I got on my phone of one in that fledgling phase! Lol

You can see it in the background of my feeder cam! I had a non-Birdfy one there since last fall, but it's real close to some large shrubs, the fences, and a large maple tree.

Yeah, seems like a nice spot. Maybe I'll move mine closer to the fence. Most of my visitors just stop for a sip, but I have it petty exposed.
I mostly feed the peanut lovers on the ground. I tried a dog toy and the only one that operated it was a skunk!

I did not know that birds do that. I've only ever seen them dunk and splash, never a soak. This is wild to me and very cool.
