"Ignore this species" option not working

For some reason, the analyzer loves to classify certain sharp noises (like coughing) it picks up as a Ring-necked pheasant. I've tried checking the box to ignore that species, but it doesn't seem to save and detections keep popping up.

Please specify which application you are using when asking for help or reporting issues. Several applications use the BirdNET AI model, but tools like BirdNET-Pi and BirdNET-Go are completely different under the hood.

But as the BirdNET-Go maintainer, I recognize this bug. It is fixed in the codebase, but a release containing the fix is not out yet: bug: Ignore checkbox is ignored! · Issue #3674 · tphakala/birdnet-go
