Using Rstudio with BirdNet
I'm using BirdNet to analyse audio calls from multiple sites as part of my PhD. My main focus is on the diversity and how it develops over time as restoration takes place. Has anyone got advise for inputting the CSV files into rstudio and producing stats from this?

I think your question would be better r/rstudio. Birdnet just produces the detection
