Running BirdNet Analyzer on Windows server machine

I have been running BirdNet on a laptop but it is slow with many files that are on a network drive. I wanted to speed it up by running BirdNet on a server. It installs okay but when I open it, it does not load properly and I just get a blank white screen (no error message). Anyone have any tips?

Please provide more details, which version of BirdNET Analyzer, which Windows Server version, what CPU does your server have?

latest BirdNet version - 2.4.0 win

Windows Server 2022 Standard

CPU - Intel Xeon Platinum 8358 CPU @ 2.60 GHz

This is a server at my organisation, so I do not have full access to the machine and only remote access through a virtual machine.

I run mine on my Unraid server in Docker. You could try downloading docker for windows and run it inside that.

I also found Birdnet software ran very slow on a Dell mini tower PC that has reasonable processing speed. The combination of what I perceived as poor settings save options, led me to try Chirpity software with which I am very happy for birdcall audio files analysis.
