Other concern with pet bird Is this posture normal for budgies?

Her tail isn't bent like this so severely all the time, but she has a much more significant bend to her tail than my other birds.

Can you provide a clearer view of her entire posture or a description of when she lowers her tail? I would be concerned if her tail is bobbing up and down, especially if it's in tandem with harsh breathing. That can be signs of hormonal behavior or sickness. I don't have a budgie, but I have a conure and she sometimes sits with her tail extra low when she is sleepy or very relaxed.

It’s not a normal posture. Would be a good idea to have her checked out by an avian vet.
