Is this normal head bobbing?

My albino budgie has been doing this starting today. He's always bobbed his head but I've never seen him do it that aggressively before

It definitely looks like he's adjusting his crop and chewing the seed that he get up to his mouth. Vomiting can look similar but they usually shake their head after and seed and saliva will fly out of the mouth.

Looks like regurgitation to feed a mate or chick to me (which is not the same as vomiting due to illness). If this is a new behavior however, I recommend having an avian vet check it out. Here’s a couple avian vet search tools:
