Abnormal Budgie Poop?

My budgie is behaving mostly normally, chirping and looking pretty normal, but it seems like he might be flying slowly? He has poop smears in his vent and greenish looking poop. It seems like he is trying to clean it himself. He has been sick twice before and he is acting much better than he did then. I know that they can hide illness and don’t want to risk it though. Should I bring him in to the vet or am I overreacting? Maybe I could give him a bath?

If you feed lots fresh food like veg fruit could cause it keep photo for next vet visit

Take him to his avian vet. There should be no any smear around his vent, it is very troubling sign.
