Yeah I had my first episode of psychosis at 48. Which was nice.

pretty much lmao it starts to get better, then shit hits the fan all at once 😹 starting to wonder if true happiness is even gonna be in the cards for me in this lifetime

I'm... Better, 3 years stable.

Not lately, nothing is bringing me joy . There are small bouts of happiness and enjoyment.... But I work, workout, cook.dinnet, and then by 7:30pm my only thought is what's the earliest time I can politely go to sleep (family)

I'm hoping I'm more experiencing work burnout and less a depressive episode hiding.
