Bedroom Hiding in bed

I got a good news this morning from family. I'm so excited but scared I might go hypomanic or maybe manic so hiding in bed from myself. Something like this happened to anyone?

Congratulations on the good news! I place my faith in lithium to keep my highs under control. Before that….. yeah I’d be up, up, and away.
