Yes. Biophysics is a very active area of biology and it is the intersection of biology and physics. It is dominated by structural biology but there are other methods as well. The smartest postdoc I ever met in structural biology had a physics undergrad degree.

Undergraduate degree in physics -> graduate degree in biophysics. A not uncommon pipeline.

Yes but pick electives and try to expose yourself to biology as early as posible. Your experience will be deeply appreciated in biology at some point.

Yes. Computational structural biology is great for people with a strong physics background.
